FROM THE MERRITT PARKWAY NORTH OR SOUTH -
EXIT 36 (CT ROUTE 106)

At bottom of exit ramp, turn right (south) on 106 toward Stamford.
Landmarks: Cross r.r. tracks 1.5 miles south of parkway. Thru a traffic light at 1.7 miles. (Camp Ave.) Pass big cemetery on your right. At 2.8 miles, you will pass Holmes Elementary school on your right and then come to an intersection with a blinker light and stop sign. Bear right, following Route 106. Go straight through the next traffic light. At the second light, turn left onto Courtland Avenue and proceed straight through the next light one block down. Cross over the railroad bridge for Metro North and take your first left onto Lenox Ave. Follow Lenox to the stop sign and go straight. 100 feet down past the stop sign on the left you’ll see a large white two story commercial building with a black iron fence. Turn into the parking lot and park in the space labeled “PP”, or visitor. Go into the building, we’re on the second floor in the back suite 210.

FROM NEW JERSEY VIA THE TAPPAN ZEE BRIDGE
About a mile after you cross the bridge, take the second exit: I-287 east toward White Plains and Rye. In 12 miles, I-287 ends in a split at I-95, the New England Thruway. Take the left-hand fork onto I-95 North toward Connecticut. In 10 miles, after passing thru Greenwich and Stamford, get off I-95 at Exit 9. Then follow instructions immediately below.

FROM I-95, THE NEW ENGLAND THRUWAY FROM NYC-
EXIT 9

Coming from the direction of Greenwich and New York to Stamford, turn left at bottom of Exit 9 ramp. Then turn left again, one short block later, onto U.S. Route 1 (East Main Street). Get in right lane. Take first right turn (2nd traffic light) off U.S. Route 1 onto CT Route 106 (Courtland Avenue). Pass through two lights. After the second light, turn right onto Lenox Ave. Follow Lenox to the stop sign and go straight. 100 feet down past the stop sign on the left you’ll see a large white two story commercial building with a black iron fence. FROM I-95, THE NEW ENGLAND THRUWAY FROM BRIDGEPORT - EXIT 9

Coming from the direction of Westport and New Haven, turn right at the top of the Exit 9 ramp onto U.S. Route 1. Then an immediate right turn off Route 1 onto CT Route 106 (Courtland Avenue). Pass through two lights. After the second light, turn right onto Lenox Ave. Follow Lenox to the stop sign and go straight. 100 feet down past the stop sign on the left you’ll see a large white two story commercial building with a black iron fence. Turn into the parking lot and park in the space labeled “PP”, or visitor. Go into the building, we’re on the second floor in the back suite 210.
